Help with every thing and work really well. They explained everything and made sure you know everything. I would definitely use them again of I were to purchase another house.
Mark was very helpful throughout the home buying process. Very honest person, took the time to make sure we saved money where we could. Overall a great experience!
Doug was an extraordinary Mortgage Consultant. He truly left no question unanswered and kept our mind at ease throughout the entire process
Communication conformation is good but could be a little better with conformations of receipt of info and that it was sufficient. Issue with signing was not good but resolved as best as it could be
He gets the job done perfectly in my opinion. I have worked with him every time on the properties I bought since I moved to this state. Easy to reach.
Easy communication, pre-approval guaranteed approval of the loan
Dasmin was remarkable he didn’t stop trying to make my loan work
Very responsive and knowledgeable
Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, super fast easy closing.

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
