Victoria took the time to guide us through everything from beginning to end. She never gave up and did a lot of research to help see us through because I was a very complicated case. Because of Cictoria, I am a home owner today.

I felt like all my questions were answered and that I was able to make the best decision because of that.
Andrew worked hard to get us approved on time despite some unique circumstances on our end. Very understanding and willing to make sure everything was approved on time.

Tony's a great guy easy to work with clear communication on what they needed to move forward

Very helpful, very consistent
More than willing to help regardless of the situation!
Jason went above and beyond explaining things to us and helping us get answers when communication with our own realtor wasn’t going smoothly. He really did an amazing job!

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
