Chris Bravo was amazing the entire process. Honestly wouldn’t have a home without him.
Efficient communication.
James was a great resource for help with getting a loan and closing on the loan. He responded quickly to all of my questions. He often worked late to make sure everything was going smoothly with loan process and that closing wasn’t delayed....

This was the fastest loan experience I've ever seen. Everything was super efficient.
As first time home buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed but Jake make the whole process seamless for us! He answered all of our questions and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. We are so grateful for his guidance and support!
Zach was very responsive to any questions or requests I had. And then he was able to meet or beat any other quotes I had!! He was great to work with.

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
