There was a big issue that popped up part way through the experience. When we brought it to the attention of Stephen, he took accountability and apologized quickly, both of which were very important to our experience at the time.
As fist time home buyers, there are a lot of questions. Lynn was always easy to reach and answered every single one of our questions , keeping everything transparent and manageable.
