The Mortgage Co., Englewood

The whole process went very smooth and quickly. Katie is very friendly, honest and she knows what she's doing. If I were to ever buy another house I would diffently go with Kate Walsh.

Brent and everyone on his team are awesome and work hard to get us into our new home

Katie jumped threw all my hoops and got the loan I needed so I could get the house I wanted. and in a timely manner. Thank you very much. not that I want to do it again any time soon, but katie would without a doubt be my first choice!!!

1. Patient and informative communication. We hadn't bought a house for many years and were often not well informed and occasionally annoyed about what Vanessa needed. Vanessa guided us with great clarity and patience.2. Thoroughly professional....

Loved that Debbie was available, genuine, honest, and fun. She worked really hard to get things done right for us and communicated with us theough the whole refinance process.

Katie made the process very easy, she was very timely in her responses to me, and always kept me informed as things progressed. Working with her was an overall very positive experience.

Peggy always made herself available to us for questions and ensured we had everything that we needed to make buying our house as smooth of a transition as possible.

Quick responses to questions. A pleasure to work with.

Katie was so helpful. She never made me feel like I had stupid questions and was very willing to help and explain everything.

Loved the personal touch!
