The Mortgage Co., Englewood

Scott was very professional, quick, and friendly. I will recommend him to anyone buying a house

Trying to qualify for our mortgage refinance through the coronavirus pandemic created a lot of obstacles and a long, drawn out process. Cynthia was supporting and so helpful throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to help us...

Shanna was good to work with.

Hello, I worked with Debbie and The Mortgage Company starting in the summer of 2019 when I began the process of purchasing a home in Canon City. Debbie was eager to answer questions, explain the process, and explain options that would be advantages....

Working with Scott was a wonderful experience! He was fast to reply, understanding and very communicative during the entire process. When my client had an issue, Scott was calm and we were able to get it resolved. Thank you!

Derek made the refi process a breeze. He kept us well informed throughout the process and took his time answering any questions that we had. I would highly recommend Derek and Mortgage Co. for your future mortgage needs.

Shanna is wonderful to work with! Very informative and patient. Thank you!

Allen was prompt, responsive, realistic, knowledgeable and professional. We had a solid experience and will surely use Allen in the future.

Shanna is a rockstar! She made every part of this experience easy :-)

Allen was great. He got all the numbers I needed to me quickly. He let me know what I needed to do to stay on schedule for my close date, and everything went smoothly.
