Dave did everything he promised when I was shopping for a lender, and the transaction from start to finish with him and his team was very easy. They have a simple portal to securely submit needed documents. They got me a great rate, lower fees...

Allison made my first home buying experience a breeze, and was very helpful and fun to work with.

Susie was so patient and understanding with us. She repeatedly explained rates and fees until we were comfortable with them.

Katie genuinely cared about our experience and was incredibly flexible on scheduling times to meet with us. We're so grateful to have worked with someone who was down to earth and easy to work with.

They were efficient

Susie was delightful to work with! She explained everything throughout the process and was patient and encouraging during our very long house-hunt. Hard to sum up in a few words how great she is, and we 100% recommended her!

Katie was very helpful, friendly, and worked hard to help me get into my home.

Thanks for the help!

We were trying to acquire a second home in Colorado. Being from Michigan my home lender was not licensed in Colorado I was referred to Ms. Landin. From the beginning , I knew she was knowledgeable and confident and always made me feel comfortable....

Colin answered every question we had. He responded to all of our emails right away. We have already recommended him to our friends!
