    Phil was always available to communicate with us. If he was not available immediately, he would respond back to us in a short time. He even took calls from us at 8:30pm. Very happy with the service Phil gave us.

    I recieved 8 different closing numbers, at minimum, and all were very different. Communication was substandard. We were consistently asked to do something or provide something without explantion or reasoning and often more than once.
