Leslie's continuous communication and professionalism made the home loan process less stressful. Definitely referring her to anyone that's looking to buying a home, or for refinancing a home.
Not fond of escrow mortgages, but was told it was required for my rate. If/when I refinance, I will try to get a non-escrow mortgage. Also not fond of paper stubs that require mailing in. All my communications for closing were handled electronically....
