Made everything so easy. i felt all we had to do was sign paperwork and they did the rest. we will continue to use Dave no matter where he is for all of our home refininacing or if we buy a house again!

Communication was great with weekly update. All questions were answered promptl. we had a couple extentions and this team was helpful and took care of everything . very pleased with their service and expertis.
