Tim was quick to respond to any and all of our questions. Very personable

Tim was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

The communication was always there. Even if a call was missed i would always receive a call back. All my questions were answered and i feel like overall i was understood.

I was of the understanding that the initial mortgage rate that was quoted to me during the initial engagement was locked in throughout to closing. It was not and I ended up having to buy down one percent.
