Well, Jay was very informative and answered all our questions and concerns. He was always on point with all paperwork that needed signing and was on call whenever we needed him. He made our first home purchase very pleasant, thank you Jay.

We did not have a problem with Lottie and had worked with her in the past. Her assistant Lauren probst seemed to be the only one doing the loan and was very hard to deal with and not responsive. I would never recommend working with her.

I am self employed which has its challenges when applying for a home loan and Lottie looked at every detail and made what could have stressful and difficult easy.
