    I love that the survey is simple for our clients to complete (not time consuming), is sent out on a regular basis and especially love that it gets posted to social media!

    It's very easy to get the borrower's to fill this out and great service gets great reviews that are easy to share.

    I was forced to use this and not given the opportunity to use on my own. I will say it has grown on me since we started to use it, but sometimes allowing sellers agents to rate you when they haven't even talked to you to get an understanding...

    It really stinks that not everyone on a 1003 receives the surveys. Then if we send them separately they do not count for our overall scores.

    you need to work it out where it will post to google reviews. without google means nothing.
