    I have had 4 bad experiences calling in and 1 good experience. The first four times I called with various questions, I never heard an answer back. The last time I called, the rep was really helpful even though it wasn't the answer I had hoped...

    IT support was unresponsive. It took 4 emails over two days and contacting Craig Pollack to get any response whatsoever for support. Apparently, IT support was on sabbatical for a few days.
