    Social Survey is great way that I use to show my business partners what my customers say after their experience. I believe this gives my partners the confidence to send me more customer as they know they are in good hands.

    Social Survey needs to provide clients the ability to respond to reviews. It's important for reviewers to get the full picture sometimes. I no longer refer clients over to my social survey profile for this reason alone.
