It is just good to know, what your customers truly thing of the job you do for them.
I use my social Survey page all the time when meeting new customers. I also post my reviews on social media which has helped gain new business. I would highly recommend them.

I think social survey is a great way to protect consumers from business and professionals who do not deliver good service in the consumers best interest.
I do not like that the ratings only go to 5 - when you get a 4, it drops your rating super low and hard to increase again.
