Communication mostly. It seemed everything was done at the last possible second. We did not feel in the loop on anything.
The whole process was seemless and if I had any questions along the way Nicci was sure to clarify anything. She also worked really well with my realtor. Thank you for such a great experience in helping us aquire our first home.
