I do a lot of business with fidelity . I was surprised by the amount of documents I needed to submit I have used a different mortgage broker who kept our data on file and we updated things as needed, which was actually very few documents. As...

After pre planning a few months in advance there were to many pop up problems. Would have expected smoother service. Everyone was very polite and nice, but not the most efficient which cost the Customer time & money.
