I'm unsure of where to start honestly. Communication SUCKED. They lost paperwork that I gave them twice and the process was unpleasant and the two main employees I worked with the whole time need to be fired.
Both Erin and Lacey were excellent to deal with. I do think the process had many repetitive steps and regulations to work through
