My first contact with Rick was on my purchase of my condo. He got me pretty approved for my mortgage and handled everything in a timely manner. I would refer him to anyone looking for a mortgage.
Very polite, respectful and helpful. He was considerably patient since my mortgage was non-conventional. I'm self-employed so the process is a little more tedious.Straight up guy!
