Better communication and timeliness for time sensitive paperwork, and sending final paperwork sooner than an hour before closing.
Everyone was open about what needed to be done and they all came thorugh on schedule. Someone answered the phone every time I called with a question and that is unusuall in today's world. You made the complex seem simple.
