Erin was a very good communicator. She stated in regular contact with us, responded quickly to our questions and was always friendly. I liked that she seemed to be really working to make sure we got the best deal possible

I worked primarily with Keith. He walked me through the entire process and made things very easy to understand. To be fair, though, I never watched a single video sent by Tylet and I never interacted with him.
