The two people that were wonderful were Suzanne Monroe (who really tried to make my loan happen) and Ray Torres who was absolutely wonderful!!! I can say they both really tried hard and finally after 6 and a half months it went through.......

Communication is the most important thing to keep open when you are buying a house or refinancing. There is a lot of work that is done by so many different individuals and I am glad that we got to work with you and everyone that helped us....

Aidan was great. If not for Aidan, I would have left after 90 days into process. Beyond Aidan, not so great. Took 7 months to get loan done as it appeared the operations of firm were very disorganized.

Greg was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. Him and his team made it a simple process from start to finish.
