I would say that NFM intially wasn't very transparent with me on upfront cost to everything . However, once I voiced my concerns , they were addressed and they were able to promptly solve my concerns.

Consistently provided clear guidance and direction throughout the process, even when obstacles arose. Additionally, offered my client detailed, step‑by‑step information to ensure full understanding at every stage.
