i found the process to be clunky and the communication to be poor. there was no advance notice when i was expected to be providing documents and signatures. i would not recommend NFM.
Michael did a great job helping us to refinance our home. He initiated the conversation when the rates dropped. My husband and I appreciated receiving the explanation of the numbers videos for us to review and reference. Overall great experience....
