Easy process to get approved, and our loan Originator was able to stay competitive with other lenders' offers. It was difficult comparing loan offers given different formatting. Additionally, the loan information wa sometimes difficult to read...

The closing process was a jumbled mess. Too many people involved in transaction, need single POC.

Matt was fantastic with checking in and communicating with us. The team at NFM kept us in the loop and made the process as good as it could be.

Evertone, especially Collin made the entire process much easier . Every step of the way, I was kept up to date and informed. If I had a question, someone was always available to answer. I appreciate all you did to help get me to closing .
