Said they could help me with a $50,000 equity loan. Filled out al the paperwork to be told that the minimum they do on equity is $100,000 but they could get me a line of credit at a higher rate......classic bait and switch, beware!
Edward is the GOAT, he kept me updated throughout the entire process, he was very easy to work with, responded to calls and messages in a timely manner. I highly recommend doing business with him, you would be absolutely happy and 100% satisfied....
