Richard is very professional and helpful. He was available at all times and answered my questions with a lot of patience. He also explained every step and details of the loan process in advance.
Matt was very quick with responses to questions and getting the information to us, even though it was during the Christmas break. He's always been very friendly and still communicates even after the closing process .
