Started great but then our taxes were not paid from the bank and now we are paying late not Scott fault but definitely miscommunication with the bank and title company
Refinancing was a breeze and got taken care of quickly! After hearing rates dropped below 6% after we started, I mentioned a number I wanted and they locked in at the perfect time before they went back up. Easy peasy!
