I'm not sure there's anything Nick did wrong. I think I might have just preferred to have done some of this in person here in Indiana rather than remotely. This is also why I wouldn't recommend as highly since it was all digital.
Linda is awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive. She took time to explain every detail. She provided frequent updates and clear guidance. I would highly recommend Linda for any transaction.
