Everything was great except the first appraisal (which I know isn’t the bank itself) It was $140000 under valued which they corrected but it took up precious time trying to put in an offer on another house. Thankfully, we still got the house...

Well our situation is not the best but he encouraged me was upfront about everything and very efficient I don't think Fee or the national exchange bank people could have done anything more to help us achieve our new mortgage on a new home nothing...
