Abby is on time and always ahead of the game. She's super pleasant to deal with and flexible when it comes to closing locations and time - giving the client and title company options to make it work for everyone.
Ashley was responsive to emails and was on to of timing. She made the process frictionless. The only the could make this better was if NEBAT had an app so we could have a digital experience. Not a fan of writing paper checks.
