The whole experience was great

Whenever I called with a question, Kelly always answered the phone. kept me up to date with what was going on, and what to expect in the future. Very pleasant to deal with, he made the process simple on my end.

I had been looking for a Reverse Mortgage company to work with me and chose it thru the honestly and trustworthiness of Jim. The experience was great and I have referred several clients to him already.

No one's fault - just an emotionally stressful situation to have to go through on a personal level. My original appraisal was flagged for a second one which was a great deal lower and that changed the entire landscape of my experience. It was...
