    Communication was excellent; paperwork was easy due to docusign, the closing went very smooth as well.

    The day of closing was pushed due to a rate increase. Mr. Dunn had provided multiple disclosure documents with a specific interest rate on them. The day before closing he sent me a final one for signature that was 3% higher. I would have lost...
