    We had a little rough start but I think it was my phone, but once we got the ball rolling it was easy, not sure my pay out was 200.00 less but not too bad

    The loan officers made it easy to set everything up and explained everything to a point that I could understand. They kept me up to date and was able to keep the rate that we locked even after the closing date moved twice.
