Our loan was approved a day before closing. approving the loan a couple of days ahead of closing will be helpful.
Check your Telephone system . It is not working. One is unable to reach a Staff person by calling the main number.

None should have an expectation of this all of the time, however, we ratified a contract on December 2 and we closed that FHA/VHDA on December 29! Great job by Jeff, the underwriter and all involved! ALL UNDER ONE YELLOW ROOF!
