There were just a few times where documents were sent for signature incorrectly or multiple times which caused a bit of confusion. Otherwise, the service was great.

Actual communication from the team. It felt like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to questions about anything. Our initial interaction was much better two years ago when we bought our house. This experience was a huge disappointment
