1. When we pre-qualified 6 or 7mo prior to actual settlement we were asked for some of the same documents. Which were saved on our main computer that was packed away in another location. We felt some of these documents should've carried over....

I was CTC in less than 30 days and Stacy set me up with Kiss Your Landlord goodbye they assist with closing cost as well. I would definitely recommend Stacy and Meridian bank.
