From the beginning of the loan process to the end Joe Fernandez was very efficient, friendly and got things done. I am a first time home buyer and don't think things would have worked out as well as they did.

Refinanced current house with Phil. He did a great job working to get me the best rate, explaining my options, scheduling the appraisal, and to get the loan completed quickly as possible. I will use him again.
