    We closed on the home really fast! We did most paperwork online. Robert is very responsive to texts and emails at any time. We had no glitches at all.

    The experience was awful. The loan closing was delayed several times. Didn't even get the amount to bring to closing until the day of so the bank did not wire it in time for closing. A real mess. Loan Simple is anything but "SIMPLE".
