    Brad was great and very responsive. However, I overall experience was not good. The loan processor asked for duplicate information many times and did not seem knowledgeable. It took 6 months to close.

    The biggest help Brad provided me, he found a solution to get a great rate when I asked for better rate. Occasionally he went into incommunicado mode but not a big deal, the important communication was taking place.
