    Ross is highly knowledgable, efficient and quick. It was surprisingly simple on my end - compared with banks of course but also other brokers I've used. Closed a week early. Ross impressed a cynic!

    it was easy, fast, not a lot of documents to find and a very good rate. It all went very smoothly (except for FEDEX).
