Jaekoo explained everything in detail and although I didn't expect to get cash out it made more sense that I did. He walked me through the whole process and it was easy for me to understand. And I was able to get a great rate!
Jim did not present himself as a 'pushy' sales guy like I have experienced with a lot of other lenders I sent inquiries to. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire loan process.
