Josue was very efficient in helping us with the loan process, he was able to work in our loan from start to finish in about 35 days a loan that normally can take up to 45 days . He was available to answer questions during the loan process and...

Mr. Blackburn walked me through the process and even showed me how/what to do to get a better interest rate. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I will use him in the future for my lending needs.

He is a very kind, through and patient individual. He help me understand the loan process and was there to help me with situations outside of the loan process. He is trustworthy and loyal to is profession and in putting the customer first.
