Jerry was always on top of things and kept us informed through the entire process. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable doing business together.
Challenges came up which delayed closing but were tackled right away and closing was only delayed a few days .

When we first requested the loan, we were talking about getting an ARM with lower monthly payments, but when we finialized the loan we were given a 30 year instead.
