The process did feel a little more difficult than previous loans we’ve closed together, but Owen is was very responsive and helpful, same with Normandee. Pricing was very good too!

Great communication by all involved, and very proactive regarding lock extensions and exceptions.
everyone was very communicative. was only really frustrated with first we were granted an appraisal waiver, then after initial UW, were told we did in fact have to have a full appraisal.. otherwise.. very happy with all involved.
