ANSEWERD ALL QUESTIONS AND PICKED UP THE PHONE AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY
The loan was hard, but the team got it done. Everything can always be improved, but at the end of the day we made it work, that's what counts.
It was really good just a new loan for them so had to work thru some isdues
Not being able to get a hold of my AE or normandee really puts a wrench in this...website was easy to use however making the client wait about 2 hours for funding was not right.
Damian AE worked diligently with me to both structure and close my deal. Couldn’t have done it without him!
Please train your condition processors they are not educated on the matters. Communication is huge, nobody communicated anything. Please work on your portal there's close to no information about updates the loan.
Follow up from the account executive - yet there was issues relating to forms uploaded- yet consistently being asked for - even after uploaded multiple times. Seems like the reps could not find what was uploaded. They could see the upload but...

Matt Cefalo, my AE, did a great job communicating with me from the very beginning, all the way through the loan process. The portal was also easy to use. It was a great overall experience for myself and my clients!
Time to clear a file to close. Once CTC the closing department did move very quickly though.
