Hans Hufstetler
Hans was very responsive and helpful! This was my first time with a DSCR loan and he readily shared his knowledge. He also referred me to another lender for a different loan that he couldn't do which I appreciated.
Ease of submittal to closing.
Johnny Salmons and his team are amazing!!
Communicatons from the operations staff was less than desirable. This was our first loan. Cleint had to go back to signing as first docs went out as SFR and not PUD.
Not a good first impression.
