    1st time submitting a deal to you guys. and granted, exceptions had to be made for the file. Longer turntimes than I'd expect going forward. We'll send another deal your way that's a "better" fit.

    UW could use a more common approach also should pick up phone and call broker on loan could gave cleared up and not gone into suspense and wasted 2-3 days . other than that all was good

    Incredibly slow and painful experience. Lack of urgency. Frustrating for my team and the borrower who was a repeat client we may not get back again. Very poor communication.
