The rep was great, the conditions were clear and short. overall good experience.
Loans closed on time and fast. Underwriting reviews took 2 business days or less. Sonny Haskins & his team helped these deals get over the finish line.

It Closed.
Took a very long time to get docs after CTC. CTC review took a long time. Docs promised but not delivered in a timely manner. Communication with during closing was lacklustre.
